Víctor Manuel Gómez Rodríguez , was born in the neighborhood of Egypt, Buritaca province in Colombia; on March 6, 1917.
According to his own words reflected in his book The Three Mountains, from his birth he felt "enormous spiritual concerns" due to which; He emigrated to Mexico City, as he longed to acquire more knowledge. Later and with experience in his studies and research, he acquired the name of Samael Aun Weor.
Since he was little, he showed conscious-spiritual virtues
Interested and attracted by the great knowledge that the ancient cultures of the whole world contain, he began his studies on Man and the Universe that surrounds him.
Samael Aun Weor , achieved in his career as a researcher, titles such as Philosopher, Anthropologist, Psychologist, Doctor and Contemporary Esotericist; among others.
A man without equal, altruistic ; dedicated to the development of the universal pure consciousness of the individual; With an energetic and at the same time loving voice, he managed to strike the minds of all those who listened to him like lightning.
He dedicated his life to serving humanity and seeking the optimal development of the human essence.
He found in the Gnostic knowledge the bases for a better life by giving it free to society, regardless; creed, religion, political or social situation.
HIS WORK
Courageous and restless, he always sought the path of Truth.
During his investigations, he met Arnolda Garro who over time became his wife and a key person in his life.
In his constant struggle for humanity, he took on the task of spreading the Gnostic Knowledge massively and publicly through Radio, Press and Television.
Throughout its trajectory and parallel to the massive diffusion, it captured in its own handwriting its vast and invaluable works of 100% Mexican origin.
Samael Aun Weor , became a great researcher, lecturer and writer.
HIS LEGACY
Author of more than 70 books such as: The Secret Doctrine of Anahuac, Self-knowledge of Self, Treatise on Revolutionary Psychology and Perfect Matrimony; among others.
He gave more than 300 conferences to public and private institutions on a wide variety of topics in the different areas of knowledge.
He established the Gnostic teaching on the face of the Earth and is the founder of the first Institutions of the Gnostic Movement AC, International.
